Npower was the least popular energy provider in the “big six”. So I set about making them more loved, by making them more human. I went in search of family "superpowers", the little quirks that make family life easier (kind of like NPower’s new range of products).
We launched with a series of TV ads AND OOH that showed real members of the British public performing their super powers in front of the camera.
