Driving a Nissan LEAF is six times cheaper than a petrol car. To illustrate this, I set up a taxi rank with a difference. To book, you had to tweet your destination with the hashtag #6xCheaper. Nissan would tweet back the cost of the journey, and it was immediately booked in. Nissan LEAF’s Twitter channel activity went up 250 times.
